I really want to learn this bit of music but can't understand the tabbing system used - can anyone help me?

This tab system is for guitarists, the 6 lines correlate with the 6 strings on a guitar, and the number correlates with which fret you put your finger behind. This particular tab is exclusive to the guitar and must be learned on that instrument. In order to play it on the piano you will need it in staff notation.
