Do you want a separate place for off topic post

or even ones for music

Hey, Barrie, are you suggesting we ramble? :D

I'm still new here, so will happily go with the flow, but would like to say that from what I've found so far, there's not a lot that I can't say in the normal flow of chat, it's been very relaxing.

Having said that, a place to relax off-topic, with squashy sofas and a cuppa would be great too, as long as I'm not too obsessed to remember to pop in!

"The Lounge "
For any subject discussion

it should be in the Non Piano section then all would use it

or

"The Piano Lounge "

in the Learning to play the piano section, restricted to music

or........ do you have an idea :!:

Hmm I'm not sure. Our chit chat is mostly piano-related in some way, but we do have some off-topic stuff. We could have an off-topic forum and then continue to use the Teaching Piano section for piano-related discussion. We're all relatively new to piano playing so the teaching piano section for this kind of chat would be on-topic I guess.

Okay that sounds good :-) We'll try and keep anything completely OT limited to the Chit Chat thread. Thanks Barrie.
