Which book first?

Post by Celestite »

Evening all!

I am coming under increasing pressure to start performing in public again but the nightmares I go through before hand (and during) my public performances are just horrendous. I so want to give in to the pressure and be able to enjoy the experience a little into the bargain so I am starting work on the psychology behind it all (yet again :roll: )
I have a choice of three books sitting on my window ledge waiting for me to start on them, but which one first? Options are;

A Soprano on Her Head by Eloise Ristad
Inner Game of Music (no suprise there!) by Green & Gallwey
The Perfect Wrong Note by William Westney

I would greatly appreciate your views and experiences of these books as time is short (if I succumb I could be performing as early as the end of June) and I obviously want to achieve maximum benefits from my effort.

Thanks, Guys :D

Inner Game is rather heavy going, but excellent. Don't know the other two!
