Why do you need an examiner? Do you mean a teacher? If your child's ready for an exam, the teacher would normally enter him/her for it once they were fully conversant with all the scales and exercises and pieces. If it's a teacher you want, look in Yellow Pages or get a recommendation from a friend or a music shop.
