9 foot Bluthner Concert Grand 1979with Flemming Action?

There is a 9 foot Bluthner concert grand for sale on ebay reads well but it has a H F Flemming action which has really put me off from going to view it. Does the forum have any views on these GDR Bluthners - or might I be missing something?

You could always have a new action fitted by many skilled piano personal if not content with whats in place at the moment.

there are problems with the action stands they often swell up poor metal used new ones have to be fitted, not a difficult job for most Tuners its just that the action has to be re regulated from scratch that take about 10 - 15 hours can be very nice pianos when done
