Rushworth and dreaper pianola with Malcolm mechanical

Hi I have a pianola I can get the scrolls to go round but the piano keys don't play when this is happening any ideas please and also I have a serial number but can't seem to find out how old it is would appreciate any help as I would love to hear it working properly

Does the actual name Pianola appear on the piano? I can't advise you about the player action ("Pianola") but if the piano action was made by Malcolm, it should have a white paper label on the rear of the hammer rail, which gives a number I may be able to date.
