I was wondering whether you could help me regarding my piano. It's been with the family for several decades but I do not know how old it is. It is a R.Gors & Kallmann - Kaiserl. U. Konig Hoflieferenten, BERLIN serial number 52791.

I will keep it in the family, but was just wondering how old it is?

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me date it.

The number suggests that it was made in 1913, but without photos, I can't say if that is likely.
