The Grieg was recorded on a 1984 Steinway Model D in the Caird Hall in Dundee, serviced and prepped by Norman Motion. It's a wonderful piano, quite bright but it's a huge hall so it suits the acoustic.

The Bach and Mozart were played on my 1912 Bluthner style 8, it's showing its age but actually the result is not bad. The piano is in a church, which helps.

The Haydn was recorded on my Brodmann. Good sounding piano, but it sort of sounds like every other piano...

All excellent the Haydn especially your Brodmann could pass for a much more expensive instrument. How is the action, regulation etc holding out with the vigors of professional pianist practice?

What recording equiptment did you use?
