Don't even own up to having a mobile as I think customers now use it as an excuse to cancel at the last minute!

They are very handy when you are on big estates to ring the client to say that you have finished also useful as a door bell in summer when the client is in the garden. Of course the best bit is ringing the client and telling them not to put the kettle on just yet as you are running late
