Too busy packing up I expect - wrapping the joanna in cotton wool and lavender bags...:)
I play for my own amazement... :piano;

HA - so you'd thought you'd got rid of me eh?!!! :lol:
Thanks Dave for starting this thread and to the rest of you chaps for all your best wishes. We moved 2 weeks ago and only got broadband yesterday.....don't ask! Suffice to say that I drove 60 miles a day shuttling backwards and forwards just to send and retrieve emails just to keep our business afloat. To say I'm happy it's all working now is an understatement.

To make life harder, one of our lovely old moggies developed a serious heart condition a week after the move and needed his lungs drained of fluid and some heart drugs that he'll now be on for life. I'm pleased to report that the local vets are very good (as well as being slightly richer now after our emergency call).

Rosie was very well treated by the removal men, 10/10 to them, they used a proper shipping cover for her and everything. She's in desperate need of tuning now and I'm going to get that organised in the next week or so. Where we've moved to is within a couple of miles of some good friends of ours and one is a piano teacher so all that :piano; :piano; is going to ramp up again soon for me.

'tis good to be back. I've missed you lot. Also, having been away from the news/Internet etc, I missed the news about the closure of the Kemble factory until I heard about it on a local radio station. I would like to announce here that, should I win the Euro Millions I plan to re-hire all those staff and start my own factory down here. Fingers crossed eh?

Love,
Jan
