I'm back!

Post by Nutroast » 11 Jul 2009, 16:08

In the words of Mr Kipling, it's been Ruddyhard, but I'm still here, still practicing and (just about) smiling.

I've missed you lot ;-)

Congrats to Dave on your concert, I'm very impressed!

Love,
Jan

Thanks!

Grade 2 Anna?! I'm jealous, impressed and feeling more than a bit guilty. I'm sorry I wasn't around to egg you on. When do you get your results?

Dave, no..... we haven't moved. We have a buyer, but no place to go. In the meantime, I've lost my job of 23 years. The last couple of months have been very painful. At least I had the sense to invest some of my redundancy in more piano lessons ;-)

Hello Kebab, nice to meet you!

Oh, I'm sorry about your job, Jan; what do you do? Any other jobs out there in your particular line?
I play for my own amazement... :piano;

Hello again Gill,

I was in IT management, 10-a-penny nowadays. I've put in job applications, but no responses yet. I have my years of experience behind me, but this will soon be outdated, I have no degree, just practical knowledge. It may be time for a complete change :-/
