Tchaikovsky piano concerto 1, some of Chopin’s etudes esp Op 10 No 1 8) , Liszt’s Hungarian rhapsody, and Beethoven’s piano concerto 5, some of Rach's stuff too...basically anything that really virtuosic and over the top.

I used to 'play' some Hanon on the table

  The AirPiano is an innovative musical interface which allows playing and controlling software instruments simply by moving hands in the air.
Above the AirPiano is a virtual matrix of keys and faders, each assigned with MIDI messages and ready to be triggered. The length of a triggered note is equivalent to the time a hand :D :D
is placed on the corresponding virtual key.
The AirPiano Software allows easy setup, loading/saving presets and transposing notes.
The Air Piano uses infrared technology to detect the user’s hand movements over it, and plays the appropriate note based on where the movement came from, including the height. The Air Piano is even able to detect if the hand is hovering over the same spot, and will sustain the note. The height factor comes into play when users want to change octaves, either by raising their hand higher, or lower, which is very intuitive
