Get yourself a keyboard picture chord book and it will show you photographs of the hands in the correct position for all these chords. Try musicroom.com or amazon.co.uk .

I know that Gadd9 is an ordinary G chord with the ninth added (ie, an A at the top of the chord) and this will apply to any chord with add 9 after it. Sus means sustained, presumably sus4 = sustain the 4th degree of the scale? I'm sure someone will be along who can help, but I'm equally sure there must be a book out there to help too!

The letter to the left of the forward slash represents the chord; the letter to the right refers to the left hand for keyboardists and is also observed by bass guitar players. So, when you see a chord like D/F#, it means that you play a D major chord with your right hand and F# with you left hand.
