Post the entire email so others can see. Including the IP address as well as the Email address which will be in the email you receive from the scammer but Don't put your email address in there

Do people fall for this kind of approach? I suppose there is a temptation to humour the cretin, which I will resist.

The associate of mine that i told you about, is owing me the sum
of £2000, he is a bookstore manager and has decided to make out payments via Cheque or Bankers Draft that would be drawn from the bank.Therefore i have instructed him about this transaction and he would be remitting
the payment to you.He would be needing the underlisted informations as
written below where the payment would be posted.

On the receipt of this, the payments would be issued to you
immediately. I will be contacting a pickup agents that would be
coming for the pickup of thethe psp3 down to my resident on the receipt of payment.

pickup of the psp3 and other necessary things that had to be done.so
deduct the amount of your psp3 after the cheque has cleared, and the
remaining funds would be sent to the pet specialist for their Job.do get back to me with confirmation so that the payment could be remitted Quickly by tomorrow.

Sadly yes I have had a few who have put the cheque in the bank then emailed me to see if it is a scam.

It only takes one a month to fall for it and it’s a nice little money maker if they only make £100 out of you - for someone in Nigeria that’s a lot of cash
