Yes, a little like Craig Revel Horwood. His music being used at royal weddings certainly hasn't made him a modest person.... Because of his army wives choir work with Gareth Malone, he would have to be the obvious choice for a judge, really I guess. I don't think Britten would have done such a thing...

We were doing power walking in keepfit class yesterday, with our instructor showing us how we should walk every day. 'You mean like Leonard Rossiter in The Waterloo Bridge Handicap?' I call out with interest. She didn't have an answer. She's older than me!!

I have yet more good news to share with the world. Today I fitted a set of loft ladders, re-hinged and re-aligned the trapdoor (so it opens outwards) and fitted a new catch. And I did not swear, cuss or get angry once. I'm quite pleased with myself.

Hope so, have to wait and see. Had an emu from Amanda today. Have to pay a visit to the Library of Birmingham this week and pick up (if it's on loan) Piano Time 1 and 2 by Pauline Hall (Oxford Piano Method). Two months ago I gave a copy away.

That's EXACTLY what I intend to do. I never did a single exam or proficiency test in Welsh....and there was no Internet learning resources in those days (early 90s), only Radio Cymru.
