The experts should be along shortly to give their advise, but it's not a name that I can recall ever hearing or reading about.
Also can you advise how many keys it has. Is it over or underdamped, straight or cross-strung?

Mark, if I guess correctly was that a photo from your showroom that was flooded? Heart-breaking photos. Hopefully they were all written-off by the insurers.
