Thank you, Colin. I'm not under any illusion that the piano is 'new' and was fully expecting it might need some time and money spent on it. Thank you for your advice. I've attempted to attach a photo of the serial number as per the instructions. If it hasn't worked I'll try again, but for reference it is 164237.
