Better late than never- As everyone else has noticed all the notes in the left hand are staccato and therefore the fingering will be 5 for the bass note and either 1,2,3 or 1,2,4 for the chord however you will need a strong little finger to provide the impetus to ''bounce" from the bass note to...

I'm a grade 8 player - rough guess about grade 4. Depends on how the students has learnt- If they have learnt the classical method it is about a grade 4 maybe 5 depending on the exam board. If they have learnt to play blues/jazz mainstream pop about 3 since it is based around chords
