Re: What price for my U3?

So bearing in mind it is not as people have put 'fully-restored', will this knock the price down a huge amount? I was thinking of selling it for around £2000, maybe a little lower if I have to, was thinking £1800 minimum though, does that seem reasonable?

New hammers I am sure they put in, and everything inside and out lo...

Forgetting the speakers aspect, what about the Roland FP4 or Yamaha P140 as alternatives to the Korg SP250, would they have better sounds etc..

Piano definately, however I have heard very good things about this Korg piano. The most important criteria for me is portability and sound quality/keyboard touch. Only interested in piano tone too! None of the other voices that come with these keyboards am I interested in. The Yamaha and Casio are n...

Korg SP-250

Hi,

Anyone have one of these, would you recommend it for gigging at weddings/restaurants etc.. as a kind of mobile piano. is the onboard speaker system capable too without having to add extra speakers/setup.

Thanks

Casio PX120 or Yamaha P85?

Hi, I need a reliable piano for restaurant playing, I have decided between 2 models, the Casio PX120 or Yamaha P85. Does anyone rate either of these? I can get the Casio far cheaper so I am swaying towards that one. However Yamaha tend to do the best sounds in my opinion. The Casio is alot more conv...

Just bought my piano!

Hi, I have just bought my Yamaha U3A serial no. 4.2 million, 1986 I think it was made. I paid £2200 for a well re-conditioned used piano, and I got a free stool, delivery and first tuning to boot. There was another shop near the one I bought this from, but the pianos were just brought in f...
