Simon Lasky Simon is one of London's most versatile and engaging solo pianists. He was the Resident Pianist at Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair (2000-2002), The Savoy Hotel (2001) and on-board the world famous QE2 ocean liner (2003-2004). Since then Simon has entertained Hollywood actors, celebrities and world leaders with his repertoire of over 1000 songs (performed from memory) covering a huge range of musical styles; soul, jazz, blues, Motown, songs from the shows, Great American Songbook Standards and pop hits from the 1950's to the present day. Requests are welcome! His performances will add style and sophistication to any wedding, party, celebration or corporate event. In addition a professional portable piano is available for venues which don't have a piano. He also works with singers and other musicians so that he can provide a piano/vocal duo, a jazz trio or a swing band tailored to suit the requirements of your particular event. |
