Mick Bolton is an extremely versatile and experienced pianist/singer who prides himself on being able to adapt his style to suit any audience. He currently plays regularly at a number of hotels on the south-coast, performing for the hotel guests as well as at functions such as wedding breakfasts, receptions and dinner dances. His versatility is shown by the many different kinds of venues that he plays in - restaurants, piano-bars, jazz/blues clubs, pubs. During the 1970s and 1980s he was a member of chart-topping pop/rock bands Mott The Hoople and Dexys Midnight Runners (playing on their hit record 'Because Of You' - the theme tune to the TV show Brush Strokes) and for many years he was a regular visitor to Paul McCartney's home where he gave keyboard lessons to Linda McCartney as well as writing songs and recording with her. He has also performed as a solo pianist/singer all over Scandinavia, Europe and the UK and has appeared on TV and radio worldwide.
