Since completing the Masters in Music Performance qualification with distinction as a piano accompanist at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2008, where she studied with Andrew West and received coaching from Graham Johnson, Iain Burnside, Roger Vignoles, Eugene Asti, Robin Bowman and Sarah Walker, Helen has been leading a busy life as a freelance piano accompanist and chamber musician in London. In April 2009 she completed Udo Reinemann's monthly International Lied Masterclasses at the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels, working with many renowned artists including Harmut Höll, Wolfram Rieger, Konrad Richter and Edith Wiens, and was consequently invited to perform at the Festival des Heures Romantiques in France in 2009 and 2010.

Helen's performances with established musicians have taken her around the UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland and South America. She is currently a performer on Yehudi Menuhin's Live Music Now Scheme, works as a staff accompanist at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and has worked as a house pianist for various summer schools including Abingdon Summer School for Solo singers, AIMS and Tutti Flutey in Scotland.

Before moving to London Helen worked as a staff accompanist at the Specialist Music School, Wells Cathedral School, working with talented young musicians aged 8 to 18.

Helen is an excellent sightreader and
and is highly experienced in working with instrumentalists and singers of all levels and ages. She is based in New Cross and is available for recitals, exams, auditions, competitions, classes, rehearsals and lessons.
