Jonathan Musgrave 1st class BMus degree from the RCM

I'm currently studying Piano as a postgraduate scholar at the Royal College of Music, London, having achieved a First-Class Honours degree there in 2009. I also play the Organ regularly, and occasionally Harpsichord.

In the past twelve months I have accompanied in many situations, in repertoire ranging from Dowland to Sir Peter Maxwell Davies. The majority have been in my home-town of Croydon and the London area, but I've also travelled to Cambridge, Bury St. Edmunds and Germany.
As well as concerts, I've also played in auditions, exams, competitions and masterclasses (given by artists including Natalie Clein, Crispian Steele-Perkins and Raphael Wallfisch), and have built up a lot of experience. This has included some last-minute engagements (one at less than a day's notice) and sight-reading.

I like to think of myself as a very sensitive accompanist, and the fact that I've had prolonged periods as an instrumentalist and singer, involving some of the high points of my musical life, is of great advantage to my accompaniment work.
